When a homebuilder acquired a national operation and needed to establish a stormwater compliance division in Arkansas, they turned to us to build it from the ground up. The acquired builder didn’t have an adequate stormwater program in place, and they needed a partner who could move fast. In a matter of days, we had a full SWPPP program in motion, with engineering, permitting, and inspections underway across dozens of active job sites.
Within two weeks of launching the Arkansas division, a second national homebuilder brought us on to support their projects as well. Two major clients, one region, one month. We built something from nothing, fast.
Since February 2026, we’ve hired two dedicated inspectors, created 46 SWPPPs, and successfully onboarded 34 projects across both clients in the first month alone. What started as a gap in one builder’s compliance program has become a fully operational division and a strong foundation for continued growth in the Arkansas market.
